(1) The responsibility of transporting the garbage accumulated in the decomposition center to the transfer center or the garbage management site will be the responsibility of the local level or the organization or agency arranged by such an agency.
(2) When transporting garbage, the specified means of transportation must be used. When determining the means of transportation, the weight, capacity, method or method, capacity of the road and the impact on the environment during the transportation of garbage should also be considered.
(3) When transporting garbage, the local level shall transport separately the garbage that has been separated at the source and the composted garbage according to section 6.
